Ok, I downloaded the Java 2 SDK, installed it and set it up, and managed to get Hello World to work properly. So my question is, where is a good place to start learning Java? If someone could point me in the direction of a decent tutorial, I would greatly appreciate it. Martee Magnum Games http://MagnumGames.8m.com

A book obviously. At www.bruceeckel.com you can download his booked that was just published titled "thinking in java" it is a great book for programming java also I have heard "Java Complete" was good. also "Sams Teach Yourself Java 2 in 24 Hours" was good in the end you make a game. If thats what you are really interested in.
