Does D3DXPlaneIntersectLine Intersect a Line or a Segment?

    CONST D3DXPLANE *pP,
    CONST D3DXVECTOR3 *pV1,
    CONST D3DXVECTOR3 *pV2
);
Does D3DXPlaneIntersectLine check for the intersection of the line _segment_ between pV1 and pV2 or does it check for the intersection between the infinite line which pV1 and pV2 lie on? The doc. says that it will return NULL if the line is parallel to the plane so this leads me to believe it checks the line not the segment. True? ATS
