Can someone point me to a good article that describes how to load a .x or other model format and set up an animation system so that you can make the character move around the world. I have some models that have a few animation cycles (stand, walk, run) and I can load a .x model and move it around the world. I just haven’t been able to find a good article on how to get the model to use its animations to move around the world. Thanks

Check this out for loading the default animation. If you want to switch between those animations you''ll need to use the animation controller. I have some code for that if you need it.
