How to load skeletal information from .x file

I am trying to start using skeletal animation, or skinned mesh whatever. Anyway ive been able to load meshes, using basically the sdk example tutorial. But i dont know how to load the skeletan information from the .x file. How do i do this? (ive made a model with bones in anim8tor and converted that to 3ds and converted that to .x. )
