Hi. Is there any good schools in europe that teaches gameprogramming and design. I live in Norway, so I''d like something close.

Germany sux at gamedev-stuff, there is a school in Berlin, i think its called GameAcademy and all you learn is using some GameMakers and write your own trainer (i think not with pure programming, sort of using a tool)...
