how to enable mipmaps in a compiled game

hi i got a game in which the textures are chop, the mipmaps/filtering is disabled.the only way to enable it by assembly lang.any idea how to enable?what type of code to look for? thanks

/To the best of my understanding/ 3DAnalyze can modify the device in a 3D application in a lot of ways. perhaps there is something there that can help you.

yeah 3DAnalyze can on/off emumate some d3d caps,but the in the game its disabled

here is log ,as you see D3DPTFILTERCAPS_MIPFLINEAR is enabled in hardware,but the game does''nt use
