Win32 window question?
In your CreateWindow call use the WS_THICKFRAME or WS_SIZEBOX styles in the ''DWORD dwStyle'' parameter. Tell me if you need more explanation.
I had been using WS_OVERLAPPEDWINDOW | WS_VISIBLE, I added the styles you suggested in various combinations and just one or the other, but every time I could still resize the window, any other thoughts?
I think Rayno read your question as "How would I make a win32 window that CAN be resized"
to make a window that can''t be resized, make sure that you don''t specify the WS_THICKFRAME flag. Something like (WS_OVERLAPPEDWINDOW &~ WS_THICKFRAME) would work.

I use WS_OVERLAPPED | WS_CAPTION | WS_SYSMENU | WS_MINIMIZEBOX, and it gives the type of window I like.
Why you shouldn''t use iostream.h - ever! | A Good free online C++ book

You only need WS_SYSMENU|WS_MINIMIZEBOX to make your window like that
