I don''t think theres a downloadable book(there are tutorials). My advice would be to just fork over $50 bucks and get andre''s "The black art of 3D game programming" Its outdated but the math covered in it is still relevant. Or try the present book of the week.

I don't know about online pages but a search using the keywords "linear algebra" and polygons will probably give you some age worth reaching. Also there are post on this website that cover 3D math.

If you have th emeans I highly recommend that you pick up the book "The Black Art of 3D game programming" by Andre LaMothe. It's really old but it covers all of the 3d math that you need in detail. You could also learn the same thing from a linear algrebra text but it would be more general.
