Boost Spirit Str_p("text") question!

Helo /boost/spirit.hpp or boost/spirit/core.hpp Q: If I use str_p("text") parser in my parser definition I get conversion from w64 to int warning. I am using .NET 2003 C++. Atlhhou everything works fine I would still like to get rid of this warning without disabling warning etc. Anybody?
