DirectX 9 Sprite->Draw

Hi,I'm new here, nice to meet you all . I am working on my first 2D tile-based game. I am using the Sprite interface(for now)and was curious that when I use the draw command to draw something slightly on/off screen, if it auto clips it, or if this is bad/stupid ? It draws fine, but I'm curious if this is going to kick me in the ass later.-Thanks [edited by - mynawk on November 14, 2003 12:28:28 AM]

Well if you are using Direct X, and you notice it auto-clipping... and you dont see any code that is clipping it, then it is writing to data in a random spot.

This could cause bad things.
