enumerating locales

Hm... do you mean, that if you''ll have a function with some locale wariables, then you''ll print out the vars? I don''t know if you meant this, but if yes, then it''s impossible (without some hardcore inline assembler code hacking).

nothing to do with asm, or low-lev hacking. Locales as in i18n.

Don''t know about linux, but on Windows 2000 and later, you can use the National Language Support API to determine locales installed on the system. Probably you''re looking for the EnumSystemLanguageGroups() and EnumLanguageGroupLocales() functions.
