DialogBox causing headache! :)

Hello, I have a minor situation, I have a Dialog box made in the resource editor, and the window is created and displayed but it is SEETHROUGH (and caption etc is missing). Yes I do have all the styles included, WS_VISIBLE, WS_CAPTION, etc. The window seems like it is "drawing" incorrectly, this is the first time it has happened. If anyone could lend a hand I would appreciate it.
