I''m compiling C with MSVC++ 6, and the following function: void GL_Set3dParams(float fov, float near, float far) { _3d_fov = fov; _3d_near = near; _3d_far = far; } gives me the error: D:\dev\battlesim\gl_viewport.c(29) : error C2055: expected formal parameter list, not a type list I do not think it is something else in the file, because if I remove this function from the file everything compiles... Thanks, ~SPH

When I change the parameter names to a, b, c it compiles... So I suppose the compiler must have been taking near / far to mean the obsolete keywords near / far ... ugh.
