Most statements do that. While one thing is being executed, others won''t be. Unless you have multiple CPUs.
if its for a game dont do it like that
How do you suggest it be made then? Maybe it''s actually something like

void Stack::clear() {
while (pop() == 0);

Where pop, a member function for Stack, for some reason returns 0 when it does pop an element and 1 when the stack was empty and nothing was popped.
