A bit of constructive criticism: Your first script takes the file to write to as an arbitrary parameter. A hacker could easily exploit that to modify any file writable by the user the script runs as.

Also, CGI scripts that send email tend to be exploited hungrily by spammers. You may want to put in a human-verification thingy (where you type the letters you see in a randomly generated image).

I''m aware of the security risks, and the correct CHMOD commands are included in the help (I don''t explicitly identify ''GROUP'' rights as a possible risk, I will do that now).

I am also aware that spammers may take an email address from a webpage... I will eliminate that now too.
