I have downloaded the Borland C++ command line compiler and now attempt to learn the basics of Win32/C programming. I downloaded a C-course, but when I try to compile the example program I get a "declaration syntax error" in line 6. Can anyone help? here's the listing:

#include <windows.h>

int STDCALL
WinMain (HINSTANCE hInst, HINSTANCE hPrev, LPSTR lpCmd, int nShow)
{
	MessageBox (NULL, "Hello, Windows!", "Hello", MB_OK);
	return 0;
}

I have never worked with command line compilers before, maybe there's something wrong with it? Edited by - Boneman on 7/18/00 1:53:08 AM
