What do you program on?
Hey guys, I am about to build a new system and I was wondering what you program on, and what you recommend to program on? Also do you have a dedicated machine to program on,or do you use an all purpose machine. Everyone at least post your specs, I think it will be fun to see what everyone has.
Thanks

Dell Latitude D600 (notebook)
1.4 Pentium-M
ATI Raedon Mobility 9000 (M9)
512Mb RAM
Windows 2000
VS.NET 2003 (mostly for C++ work)
Salford Fortran 95 v4.00 (guess what...for Fortran)
eclipse (for java & php based work)
Its useful being able to take my work with me & working on the move...also have an older box running a combo of Gentoo Linus & Win 2k ... but I run that via VPN & mostly for backing stuff up.
