Post-perspective Shadow Mapping

Hello, does anybody know a link to an algorithm for calculating the matrix of post-perspective shadow maps? I only found descriptions about what post-perspective shadow mapping is doing, but I need a formula or an implementation (preferably for Direct3D). Thanks!

You may find some sample code about perspective shadow map here: http://www.tulrich.com/geekstuff/
The code does not provide a robust algorithm for calculating the matrix. I think you need to derive yourself.
