I don''t know of any tutorials (except the one that comes with ODE itself). But maybe you could try:
- Reading samples written using ODE
- Using doxygen on the source, and examine the generated documentation (with class hierarchies, call graphs, ...etc)

First check out the homepage
And read through the documentation
There is also a wiki area
The wiki area has an important faq.
The distribution contains some examples. They are a good place to start. They can be found in "your_ode_dir/ode/test/"

There is also a very responsive mailinglist. You can find it in the community section of the homepage.

Good luck with ODE, it is an excellent physics engine!
