Mirroring a matrix

Hi all... This might be a very very simple question, but at the moment, it''s killing me. I just translated some code over from an old system to a new system, and when I draw my images, everything is flipped in the wrong direction on the z axis. However, everything else-- x and y-- is okay! What do I do to my matrix to get a -z axis? Is there anything to be done???
