Challenge: Do you know matrix maths? (D3D)

I have rendered the scene from the lights point of view and stored it in texture. Then I render the scene from the cameras point of view and for each pixel I want to take the corresponding pixel from the texture. So I use D3DTSS_TCI_CAMERASPACEPOSITION to get , to and then I need a texturematrix which translates these from this view space to the viewspace which I used earlier to make that texture and then maps these 3d coords to 2d coords which point to same pixel but in different space. So now I need help to build that matrix. (If I get the right matrix from here and get it to work, as return I will give you full source how to make zbuffer shadows in D3D BTW. If someone has allready done this he can also give the source as well
