Getting a number over 100?

How would i go about setting up a perportion in c++ to get ANY number over 100. In real lif i''d just set up a purportion. EG: 70/1 = x/100 which would in turn make x = 7000.

Uh... inverse operation? Just multiply the number by 100 and you get the proportion.
