basic wireframe 3d

im looking for the quickest way to display some very basic geometrical shapes (cube, cylinder...) in wireframes preferably by using the winGDI. i know that theres stuff like dx. maybe you can give me a hint where i can find a set of functions that computes the new xyz position of a point by a given camera transformation. im familiar with c/c++ although id prefer csharp.
