Hey, while sitting here and making my Exeption handler I was thinking that it would be nice to throw the filename and the row where the code is running from. (I mean the .cpp file, not the .exe ^^) I am using VC++ .NET 2003. I was hoping that there would be some neat defines or something like that so that the compiler automatically gives you the filename and the row in that file? thanks! You might want to browse the contents of your assert.h file to see how the assert() macro does things.
