.net outlining feature

I really like this outlining feature in .net which you can use to collapse functions with the [+] and [-] blocks, etc, but how do I get rid of the [...] block after collapsed functions?

I don''t think there''s an option for it in the configuration. Probably because that little area is the only cue used for ''regions'' in the C# and VB editors.
why would you want to get rid of those blocks anyways, hovering the mouse over them puts the contents in a tooltip. You can highlight it and copy the entire contents into the clipboard.

it''s not that big a deal, just I never found the tool tip useful because it doesn''t even display the whole function.
