The MSVC++ 6 had a button that looked like a ! and its not in the new version of C++ or visual studios IDE? I cant seem to find it I know there is a debug thingy that looks like a lil arrow |> like that but I was wondering if there is an execute button as well?

In the debug menu there is ''Start Without Debugging''. It even has the exclamation point. I think if you want the button you have to customize your toolbar.
Isn''t the hotkey for non-debugging CTRL+F5

Yes. Bless it.
thanks I didt notice that
Customize your toolbar, the ! is still there, under the debug category, just not displayed by default.
