Imaging Library

Gah, under Dev-C++, the windowing library is considered an extension of OpenGL (or so the header says). So I included gl/glext.h like it said to in the header documentation, and great, now I can multitexture, etc. but still no imaging. I really need it for the GL_COLOR matrix. Anyone have any ideas?
