Assembly Free Compiller

Hi People. I read a lot of post on assembly and event if a lot of people said it was un-usefull to learn I saw the good points of learning it. But the only problem is that I don''t have any assembly compiller. I only have a c++ compiller. If someone can help please post me. Kevin

Try NASM it's open source and it's a very good assembler.

You can also use assembly in the middle of your C/C++ code.

MSVC:

DWORD myvar;

__asm {
rdtsc
mov [myvar], edx
}


GCC uses the slightly different asm("string here") syntax.
