Modeler for MD2 that support moving vertices frame by frame?

Hi,is there an md2 modeler that supports moving vertices (and shape), and not only bones, during animation, from one frame to another?

I think you could call this a double post. If im not mistaken .md2 files are just interpolated vertices, not skeletal models. So what your really doing when u export from milkshape is saving copys of the mesh after it applys the bone translations. You could put a bone to every vertex!
