Is it possible to use the stuffs supported in mycgiserver.com to be the server of a client-server socket connection? Thanks.

no, mycgiserver doesn't allow raw socket connection. However, it's possible to make a sort of dispatcher server using http requests/answers...
only communication through http is allowed.
