FS Motion Blur in D3D?

This time my question is simple. How to make fullscreen motion blur in direct3d? (I know that it''s made by drawing the previous frame with low opacity over the current frame but how to do this in d3d?)

I think it must work.

1. Render the frame to additional back buffer
2. Blit it to main back buffer with transporency
3. Repeat step 1 & 2 until you get all blured frames
4. Blit back buffer to primary surface
