Speed question with drawing primitives

Wich is faster, drawing the primitive using -coordinates so that D3D clips the region outside of the screen? or doin a little math on my part to keep the primitive on screen, but clip the texture? Or is the difference so negligible that whatever way is easiest is best.. -Zims

You will most likely find that it is faster to let D3D do the clipping for you. Especially with the newer 3D accelerators that does it onboard
