You seem to have yourself a nice site there!

BTW, have you heard of PostNuke. It''s a Content Management System (CMS) and offers everything you have and more (it''s extendable through modules). I use it and I had everything up and running in a few hours (took a little longer to create the new theme). Just thought it might be worth you having a look.
