glScalex and normals

so if you do use glScale and you want your normals to stay unit length, use glEnable(GL_NORMALIZE). Otherwise your lighting blows up.

I had a feeling normals were affected by a matrix (the modelview), but what exactly is the transposed inverse of the modelview matrix?
