okok i was fiddling around with C functions in a managed c++.net class library (.net dll), and found that there are link errors if i use those C functions: error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol "int __cdecl sprintf(char *,char const *,...)" I found that using them in .net class libraries will give such errors, while winform applications do not. anyone got great ideas on resolving such issues?? thx! Edwinz

I think you need to add an explicit link to the CRT runtime
this is not done by default for all managed C++ projects.
