I would like to learn directdraw but i dont know where to start, how can i learn directdraw?

I would say the best source for learning DirectX is the SDK.

There are also some good books:
Inside DirectX
Game Programming for Dummies
DirectX 7 in 25 Hours

You should go there for a beginners course in the DirectDraw basics.
