You get this message? t:\remotehelp\remotehelp.cpp(22): fatal error C1083: Cannot open type library file: ''HelpServiceInterfaces.tlb'': No such file or directory

My guess would be that you need an updated Platform SDK.

(PS: Posting the actual error message would get you more replies)

I hav an updated version of the platform SDK(Febuari 2003). However, the compiler chokes on this line:

VARIANT_BOOL EOF;

with the following error(s):

u:\RemoteAss\Debug\helpserviceinterfaces.tlh(534) : error C2059: syntax error : '-'
u:\RemoteAss\Debug\helpserviceinterfaces.tlh(534) : error C2238: unexpected token(s) preceding ';'

Toolmaker, did you ever get this to work? I got everything to compile on my machine, and I also redid the work in C#--http://www.jonathanmalek.com/blog/archive/2004/03/29/189.aspx with full source. Let me know if you are still having issues.
