Does anyone have any idea how to design a tabbed document interface using VB.Net? A tabbed document interface is an interface featured in most IDE''s (such as VS.Net itself) and many web browsers. You basically click on a tab and it shows you the associated document. This is very close to an MDI (Multiple Document Interface, such as in old MS Word, where you go to the Window menu to activate a document). Thus, I tried to use MDI to implement a tabbed capability, but have been unsuccesful. Please reply with solutions. Thanks in advance.

Tabbed interface has little to do with MDI.

All you need to do is add a Tab Control. Then you can add
or remove Tab Pages, either at design time or programmatically.

So, for your problem, each page would contain a TextBox (or
RichEdit or whatever) with the data from the documents.

That''s basically what I''m doing. I just thought that MDI could do some of the work for me since it seems to be based on the same concept.
