Skyboxes in Direct3D 9?

I tried to find a good example of a skybox that is done in direct3d 9; I saw one on gametutorials.com but the skybox is rather messed up and has lots of problems. Does anyone know a good working example of doing skyboxes or even better yet "skydomes" in direct3d 9? Thanks for those who reply

For a simple, non-animated skybox or skydome, simply model a box or sphere in your 3D modeller, reverse it''s normals, and apply the textures. Then import to your renderer. You could probably animated the textures, too.

Better yet, here is sky rendering techniques. If you want to create your skydome completely procedurally, look up spherical coordinates. There''s also another method to generate the mesh that involves tesselating a cube or isocahedron, but its name escapes me right now.
