ID3DXSprite - Render color

You can use the Clear method of the D3DDevice to do that, however I don''t know if that''d be the best way to do it. Check the DX docs

You can create an untextured quad and just use that. However if you want a really easy solution that uses ID3DXSprite, just pre-create a white texture, then you can modulate it and scale it when you draw it to be any colour/size you want.

You can also create a texture, lock the texture and fill it with the colour you want.
