Property sheets

I''m wanting a preferences screen like VS.NET''s. I assume you have to use something like property sheets in order to do this. What I want to be able to do is have plug in components register their property sheets with an engine. Then, when the user goes to look at the preferences, all the registered components have their preferences shown in one single dialog. Essentially I need to build a list of property sheets at runtime and then display them in a frame. Is this possible? I''d like to avoid tabs if I can.

Or, another idea is to just load a dialog box from a template but display it in a frame, with a list of all other dialogs on the left. Has anyone done this?
