Hello, Where can I find a tutorial on Molecular Modeling I mean chemical molecules ? Thanks

Molecular are only sphere. Juste create a bunch of sphere and put it togeter.

Probably you will need to use Dynamics list to know how much atome if attached to another one. And the direction.
Is this for a chemical homework?

The physics behind molecules are alot more complicated than that... ( I only know because a mate of mine is doing a masters in Chemistry ). From what I''ve been told, there are a load of programs all ready out there that can ( very very accurately ) model molecules.

You have to remember that you''re unique, just like everybody else.
