hom much data (size) can i sent on Csocket at a time

Depends on what you mean by "at a time" as well as the underlying operating system, protocol implementation, hardware, device drivers, etc.

That doesn''t really help him because data is usually buffered by the underlying protocoll until it can be send. MTU size is irrelevant unless you are (for example) sending out UDP packets where you have to restrict the packet size.
Also, the MTU size doesn''t say how fast the data is actually send.
