im new and i was wondering 1. how do i link one screen to the next when i click on a word or press a buttonEXress start or clcik story mode? 2.i have bltiz basics is that able to make 3d game with c++ or only 2d? 3.where can i find a free C++ complier to make 3d and 2d games?

Blitz Basic is a language like C++, so you wouldn''t be using both at the same time. I imagine it can make 3D games.

It''s far from perfect, but it''s a decent free IDE/compiler package. Keep in mind that you''re not going to be making either 2D or 3D games for a while. You''ll have to learn the basics of the language first, which will take a few months.

I said basics. If you''re fairly smart, you can learn enough to try out a simple API like SDL in 2 or 3 months. You don''t need to know about partial template specialization to use a few drawing functions.
