After looking at a few editors I noticed that a lot of editors use mdi, like hammer editor and qeRadiant, what is best for a world editor, when creating a world editor should I go for mdi\sdi, in the mfc wizard do I need to include splitter on the advanced settings of the wizard where you choose to maximise and stuff and add custom format etc, what steps from beginning to end should I use in mfc wizard what settings should I use, any help would be very great full many thanks stephen

I''d go with MDI since you''d get more experience that way. Don''t use the splitter window tho, its not very useful, and can be a pain to implement.
