geforce3 vs geforce fx 5700 ultra , bug , why?

on geforce3 everything is ok , but on geforce fx 5700 ultra
there are a lot of bug (??)
i use trilinear filtering , but nothing happens on FX

farther from origin , more worst

out of the cube, except +z , -z direction , the verges of the face of the cube are transparent
why? ( z-buffer is on )
(directx 9.0, cg, vs.net,)
