What exactly are you looking for?

I created a simple HWND window, without a frame, centered to the screen. In the frame is a bmp that I use for a splash.

Is this the kind of thing you are interested in/ getting the details to?

And if you use transparencies the window won''t have to be rectangular. All you need is a modeless dialog like Endurion said. Check out the reference.

I don’t have Visual Studio / MSDN docs or even find them on the net. So were can I get them at I tried msdn but I am not bringing anything up. SO if you could give me a link to find go to or something.

I know how to make a window. I know how to remove the boarder ect but I don’t know how to get it to display then bring up the next window and have the next window have buttons on it.

1. Go to http://msdn.microsoft.com/
2. Click "Library" (top menu)
3. Click "Windows Development/Platform SDK/Documentation" (left menu)

There you can download the Platform SDK (if you don''t have it already) and i recommend you see the reference docs of Windows GDI and Windows User Interface.

Hope that helps.
