	this->add_MouseMove(new MouseEventHandler(this, TFMouseMove));
	this->add_MouseDown(new MouseEventHandler(this, TFMouseDown));
	this->add_MouseUp(new MouseEventHandler(this, TFMouseUp));

	SetStyle(ControlStyles::DoubleBuffer, true);
	SetStyle(ControlStyles::UserPaint, true );
	SetStyle(ControlStyles::AllPaintingInWmPaint, true );

void TetrisF::TFMouseMove(Object *sender, MouseEventArgs *e)
	if (movingWindow)
		this->set_Location(Point(e->X, e->Y));

void TetrisF::TFMouseDown(Object *sender, MouseEventArgs *e)
	movingWindow = true;

void TetrisF::TFMouseUp(Object *sender, MouseEventArgs *e)
    movingWindow = false;

and TetrisF.h
public __gc class TetrisF : public Form

	static bool movingWindow = false;

	void TFMouseMove(Object *, MouseEventArgs *);
	void TFMouseDown(Object *, MouseEventArgs *);
