inverted matrix?

hi, im using ODE physics which returns the rotation matrix of a body. but when i load this rotation matrix into my model and drive my car around, when whatching my wheels on my model, the front left wheel would go up, this would make my own model, the back right would go up, is there a way to fix this? if my car rotates left, my model rotates right! so its like opposite?!
