Writing away on my texturemanger and i have a question about the size (in bytes) of textures. I will add a function the get the size of textures so i know how much space they take up in memory. For compressed textures i can use GetTexLevelParameter with TEXTURE_COMPRESSED_IMAGE SIZE. It does not work for uncompressed textures so i wonder if i must calculate that myself (by getting width, height, format) or is there any other nice function that i don't know about?. hi. i think that u have to calculate it yourself, but it isn''t very hard. u can do it when u load it from file(by filetype, width, height, etc).
